Three cylindrical screen printing machines — including fully automatic rotary screen printing machines for gallon buckets and blueberry bucket printers — have completed final debugging and passed quality inspection. All units are lined up for loading and delivery to clients in Yunnan, Guizhou, and Sichuan provinces.

2. Blueberry Bucket Screen Printing Machine

- Capacity: 1,000–3,500 pieces per hour (bucket diameter dependent)
- Target product: 50mm–180mm diameter cylindrical containers
- Colors: Single color (expandable to 2 with additional station)
3. General Cylindrical Screen Printing Machine
- Suitable for cream jars, cosmetic containers, milk tea cups, and similar curved-surface products
- Flexibility: Quick-change screen frames for different product sizes
- Speed: 2,000–4,000 pieces per hour (product-dependent)
Quality Assurance:
Each machine undergoes a 72-hour continuous run test before dispatch. Print quality, registration consistency, and production speed are documented and shared with the client prior to shipping.
After-Sales:
All three units are covered by our standard 12-month spare parts warranty. Technical commissioning is available on-site or via remote video support.
